If your tea arrives damaged or incorrect, please email within 7 days of delivery at info@soundofstorm.com with images of the issue, and a replacement or refund will be arranged.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged on arrival. Postage costs are non-refundable.
