A Little More About Storm
Life is full of beauty and wonder.

Hey there — I’m Storm (and yes, that really is my name!).
I’m a qualified Sound Therapist based in London, creating Christ-aligned spaces where sound becomes prayer and healing flows through God.
I was raised in a spiritual household — not religious, but full of what my mum called “witchy-poo energy” — manifestation, intuition, karma, and a belief in the unseen. I grew up knowing that what you put out comes back to you tenfold.
But my roots run deeper. My nan was a devoted Irish Catholic, and my mum often shared stories of her unwavering faith — like the night during the Nazi bombings when, as the bunker shook, one picture of Mary stayed firmly in place.
Though my mum chose a different spiritual path and raised us that way, two of her three children — including me — have found our way back to Christ. Funny how God works, isn’t it?
From as young as five, I would pull wine glasses from the cupboard, add water, and run my finger around the rim to make them sing. I dreamed of becoming a singer and once performed Tragedy by the Bee Gees for my family — only to see them laugh. For years, I thought it was because I wasn’t good enough, but I later realised it was because I had sass. I had spark.
That spark was dimmed over time. I was told to quieten my voice — at school, in life, even in the music industry where I once dreamed of producing tracks. But what felt like rejection was really redirection.
In 2020, I became a certified Sound Therapist. The Himalayan bowls became the centre of my work — allowing my voice to rise again, not just in song but in purpose.
Working with sound changed my own health too. In 2019 I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). I began using sound directly on my womb space, and my cycle returned naturally. In 2024, I was told PCOS was no longer in my body. That moment sealed my trust in the power of sound as divine healing.
I no longer follow the paths I once did — like Sekhem or other New Age practices — though I honour them as part of the journey that led me here.
Today, my work is rooted fully in Christ — not in religion, but in a living relationship with God. I’ve come to see that even in church settings it’s possible to miss the deeper meaning of God’s word, following man-made rules rather than the truth revealed by the Holy Spirit.
I believe I’ve been called to return to the source — to honour what God created, to walk in step with the Spirit, and to share the teachings of Christ not just in word, but in the way I live and serve.
Every sound I offer is a prayer led by the Holy Spirit, anchored in the sacred rhythms of creation, designed to help you rest, reconnect, and remember who you are in God.
My prayer is that this space feels like home — a place to return to your body, your spirit, and your walk with God. Not a sanctuary built on trends or systems, but one built on truth, love, and grace.

Personal Healing Journey: Overcoming PCOS with Sound:
In September 2019, my menstrual cycle went MIA, sending me into a spiral of pregnancy tests and negative results. Cue worry mode: What could be seriously wrong? A blood test, courtesy of my GP, gave me the all-clear on pregnancy but left me with a puzzling question: What the heck was going on with my body?
Fast forward to November, and a scan revealed the mystery – PCOS and some unwelcome fluid in the womb. Another scan was on the horizon for January. As fate would have it, January also brought a two-day sound healing course – Saturday and Sunday. Guess what was lined up for Monday? Yup, you got it – another scan.
While learning the art of sound massage during the course, myself and Gemma, a fellow learner, was practicing how to do sound massage with Himalayan Bowls. She strategically placed a bowl (my now master bowl) on my lower belly, and struck either side where my ovaries hung out, gave me this surreal sensation. It felt like an invisible masseuse had taken my eggs for a spa day – odd but strangely comforting. Among that I saw a vivid image of Jesus, then seeing myself go back into the womb!
Come Monday, the scan day. The radiologist, a lovely lady, urged me to look at the screen. Abstract shapes galore, I had no clue what I was staring at. She dropped the bombshell – no fluid in the womb, right ovary doing the ovulation dance, and the left ovary has some PCOS, but the kicker? "Looks like you're healing yourself," she casually mentioned. That same month, January 2020, my cycle made a grand return, and it's been rocking a natural rhythm ever since and then, in 2024, a new scan confirmed what I had already felt within me: I no longer have PCOS.
While learning the art of sound massage during my training, Gemma, a fellow learner, placed one of the Himalayan bowl on my lower belly. She struck either side where my ovaries rest, and I felt this surreal sensation, as if an invisible masseuse had taken my eggs for a spa day. Odd, yet deeply comforting. In that moment, I saw a vivid image of Jesus, and then myself returning to the womb. I believe this was the moment He called me back to Him, showing me that true healing comes from His hand alone.
This is why I do what I do. Sound therapy didn’t “fix” me; Jesus did. That day reminded me that He is the ultimate healer, and every gift we have — even the gift of sound — is from Him. Now, my work is about creating spaces where others can find peace, restoration, and, if they are seeking, the presence of God.
