If your strainer arrives broken or faulty, please email within 7 days of delivery at info@soundofstorm.com with images, and a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Once used, strainers cannot be refunded or returned.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged on arrival. Postage costs are non-refundable.
