If your elixir arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please email within 7 days of delivery at info@soundofstorm.com with images of the issue. A replacement or refund will be arranged.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged on arrival. If an item is confirmed as faulty or damaged, return postage costs will be covered. Postage costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
