Sound Massage
Where a person is lying down is either on their front or back, 1 bowl is used being placed on areas of the body. When struck, deep vibrations go through to the muscles to loosen and relax them.
PLEASE NOTE: Sound massage can’t be done on people who have any type of heart problems or metal within the body, (this includes the contraceptive coil) as the vibrations are too powerful that it could do more damage than good.
Sound Bath
Can be done for one or multiple people. Where a person is laying down on their back and has multiple healing instruments like Himalayan Bowls around them. The vibrations from the bowls essentially baths the person's energy, which rebalances the frequency within the body and Aura field.
