A sound bath offers the perfect way to unwind and restore balance. This immersive experience combines the soothing sounds of Himalayan Bowls, Gongs, Chimes and other instruments to calm the mind, ease the body, and create space for reflection and renewal.
What is Sound Therapy?Sound therapy is a holistic approach that uses vibrational frequencies to support the body and mind. Through different instruments, the body is invited into a state of deep rest.
